The State of Indiana requires you to complete a Certificate of Compliance (COC). A Certificate of Compliance is an insurance verification form that must be completed whether you are at-fault or not.
Contact our office after a police report is filed, and we will complete the COC on your behalf. The state requires a COC to be filed within 10 days of the accident.
By requesting for a Certificate of Compliance to be filed, you are not filing a claim with your insurance carrier. If you wish to file an insurance claim, you must contact our office or the appropriate claim number listed above.
